Cangzhou Julong Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1979 and is one of the earliest chlor-alkali enterprises in China. After years of development, it has become a large state-owned enterprise with capacity totaling 630,000 tons/year for PVC resin . Besides, it also produces other chemical terminals such as caustic soda, HCL, liquid chlorine etc.

The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jizhong Energy Resources Co.,Ltd. which is directly under the Hebei Provincial government, and was once member of  world's top 500 companies.
It is located in Cangzhou Coastal-Port Chemical Industry Park and covers an area of 1.6 million square meters. It is close to Beijing, Tianjin and only 20Km away from Huanghua Port.  It enjoys convenient traffic conditions with  high-speed railways, expressways passing by.
